Your First Session
Your first session is designed to help us understand your goals and how your body moves. we'll begin with a short conversation about health, movement history, and what you would like to achieve.
During the session we will go through a few exercise's so i can assess your movement and introduce you to Pilates techniques.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely works best. leggings, joggers, or shorts with a fitted top are ideal.
Sessions are usually done with sock or grippy socks is best for the equipment
Before your session
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin your session calmy and fill out the forms before we begin our first session.
During the session
Session are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to your level. Exercises focus on building strength, improving posture, and helping you move with greater ease.
You'll be guided through each movement step by step.
