Where should I park?

There is loads of free parking on Lower Morden Lane, at the nearby Garden Centre or in the Morden Assembly Hall car park. Please don't park in our cul de sac as this is for residents only.

Do you have a changing room and shower?

Yes the studio has a bathroom with shower and changing facilities.

What type of Pilates sessions do you offer?

We offer private (1:1), duet (2:1) and trio (3:1) sessions as well as online private classes.

We are a fully equipped Pilates studio with a wide range of high-quality apparatus, including Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector. Our equipment is designed to provide a diverse and effective Pilates experience, catered to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enhance overall wellness, our equipment offers a variety of options to support your unique fitness journey.

Will I be the only one in the studio for a private session?

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your session, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to make your place available to other clients who may be on a waitlist. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of our class schedule.
