Where should I park?There is loads of free parking on Lower Morden Lane, at the nearby Garden Centre or in the Morden Assembly Hall car park. Please don't park in our cul de sac as this is for residents only.

Do you have a changing room and shower?Yes the studio has a bathroom with shower and changing facilities.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your session, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to make your place available to other clients who may be on a waitlist. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of our class schedule.

What type of Pilates sessions do you offer?We offer private (1:1), duet (2:1) and trio (3:1) sessions as well as online private classes.

Will I be the only one in the studio for a private session?Yes.

Am I too old for Pilates?Never. You can always do private sessions to start and then eventually join a duet or trio session with friends or family.

I am pregnant or just had a baby, can I join?Yes of course. Both Mike and Julia specialise in pre and post natal Pilates. Please contact us in case of any questions.

How long is a Pilates session?All sessions last 60 minutes, unless you have opted for a 40 minute online session.

What if I haven't done Pilates before and am brand new to movement?Please don't let that stop you from booking a session. We all have to start somewhere and we will slowly guide you through the basics in commencing your Pilates journey.

How many times should a week should I do Pilates?Ideally twice a week for the best results and certainly when you are getting started. Every person will be different depending on finances, time and how active you are in everyday life.
