Pilates is one of the hardest things I’ve done but also the most rewarding. Julia and Mike take the time to coach you through each exercise — if you’re thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it.

I can’t recommend Julia highly enough. She supported me before and after my knee replacement, always adapting sessions to my recovery. Her knowledge, patience and encouragement have made a huge difference to my strength, mobility and confidence.

Very impressive Pilates studio. The instructors are brilliant, kind and super attentive. The equipment is excellent. Highly recommend it.
